Application Process:
- Prep: Begin with clean, dry nails, pushing back cuticles and buffing the surface.

- Nail Lacquer: Apply a base coat, followed by two coats of Party Like it’s Y2K Nail Lacquer. Finish with a top coat.
- GelColor: Apply a base coat, two coats of Party Like it’s Y2K GelColor, cure under a UV/LED light, and finish with a top coat.
- Dip Powder: Apply a base coat, dip into the Party Like it’s Y2K Dip Powder, repeat for opacity, and finish with an activator and top coat.
- Seal the Look: For all formulas, ensure to finish with a top coat for added shine and protection.
