Returns Policy
If you need to make a return, we’re here to help—as long as the items are unused, in the same condition you received them, and returned in their original packaging. If your order arrived damaged or the packaging was compromised, just email us a photo at nailmall.online@gmail.com and our team will take care of it from there.
Not thrilled with your purchase? (We’re surprised too!) Reach out to us—we’d love the chance to make it right before you go through the return process. If you still need to send something back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to do so.
Please note: all returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on polishes, gels, powders, liquids, furniture, clearance, items without tamper-proof seals, or any electronics.
