Processing and Handling


Nailmall makes every effort to ensure that all of the merchandise we have on our website is in stock. 

However, unforeseen events do occur. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after you submitted your order, we will ship the items we have in stock and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. The out of stock item will be refunded back to you. 


  • All of our items are listed in US Dollar and all payments must be made in US currency.
  • We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
  • We currently do not accept checks or any money orders.
  • Orders placed from Monday through Friday will be processed within 1 - 2 business days. We do not process orders during weekends and federal holidays which means orders placed on these times will begin processing the following business day.
  • Please make sure you check your email once you've placed an order.  A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been successfully submitted.
  • If you need to change, cancel, or any other assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email. We will not be able to make change requests once your order is done processing or once it is shipped.



  • In "My Account" you are able to view your order history, status, and tracking information.
  • If you do not have an account with us, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your order status.
