BEFORE APPLICATION SOAK FEET IN WARM WATER FOR 5 MINUTES. WHILE WEARING GLOVES APPLY CALLUS REMOVER TO HEEL OR BALL OF FOOT AND SCRUB WITH PUMICE FOR NO MORE THAN 2 MINUTES. RINSE THOROUGHLY WITH WATER IMMEDIATELY AFTER SCRUB.
