   • GelColor: Apply a base coat, two coats of Starstruck Gold GelColor, cure under a UV/LED light, and finish with a top coat.
   • Dip Powder: Apply a base coat, dip into the Starstruck Gold Dip Powder, repeat for opacity, and finish with an activator and top coat.
3. Seal the Look: For all formulas, ensure to finish with a top coat for added shine and protection.
