How to Apply:

1. Gelcolor:

   • Begin by preparing nails, pushing back cuticles, and lightly buffing the surface.
   • Apply a thin, even layer of OPI Gelcolor Base Coat and cure under an LED or UV lamp.
   • Apply two coats of "Skate to the Party" Gelcolor, curing each layer under the lamp.
   • Finish with a coat of OPI Gelcolor Top Coat and cure for a glossy, long-lasting finish.

2. Nail Lacquer:

   • Start by shaping and buffing nails to the desired shape.
   • Apply a thin, even layer of OPI Nail Lacquer Base Coat and allow it to dry.
   • Apply two coats of "Skate to the Party" Nail Lacquer, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next.
   • Finish with a coat of OPI Nail Lacquer Top Coat for added shine and protection.

3. Dip Powder:

   • Prep nails by pushing back cuticles and lightly buffing the surface.
   • Apply a thin, even layer of OPI Dip Powder Base Coat to the entire nail surface.
   • Dip the nail at a 45-degree angle into the "Skate to the Party" Dip Powder, ensuring full coverage.
   • Tap off any excess powder and repeat the dipping process if necessary.
   • Seal the color with a coat of OPI Dip Powder Top Coat for a glossy, durable finish.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs/fees. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
