How to Apply:

1. Gelcolor:

   • Prep nails by pushing back cuticles and lightly buffing the surface.
   • Apply a thin, even layer of OPI Gelcolor Base Coat and cure under an LED or UV lamp.
   • Apply two coats of "Makeout Side" Gelcolor, curing each layer under the lamp.
   • Finish with a coat of OPI Gelcolor Top Coat and cure for a glossy, long-lasting finish.

2. Nail Lacquer:

   • Prep nails by shaping and buffing them to desired shape.
   • Apply a thin, even layer of OPI Nail Lacquer Base Coat and allow to dry.
   • Apply two coats of "Makeout Side" Nail Lacquer, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next.
   • Finish with a coat of OPI Nail Lacquer Top Coat for added shine and protection.

3. Dip Powder:

   • Prep nails by pushing back cuticles and lightly buffing the surface.
   • Apply a thin, even layer of OPI Dip Powder Base Coat to the entire nail surface.
   • Dip the nail at a 45-degree angle into the "Makeout Side" Dip Powder, ensuring full coverage.
   • Tap off any excess powder and repeat the dipping process if necessary.
   • Seal the color with a coat of OPI Dip Powder Top Coat for a glossy, durable finish.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs/fees.
