   • Apply a base coat to clean, dry nails.
   • Apply two coats of 7th & Flower Nail Lacquer.
   • Finish with a top coat for long-lasting wear.
3. Dip Powder:
   • Prepare the nails and apply a base coat.
   • Dip nails into 7th & Flower Dip Powder.
   • Repeat the dipping process until desired opacity is achieved.
   • Finish with a top coat for a smooth, durable finish.
