How to Apply:

1. Prep nails by pushing back cuticles and lightly buffing the surface.
2. Apply a thin, even layer of OPI Dip Powder Base Coat to the entire nail surface.
3. Dip the nail at a 45-degree angle into the "Makeout Side" Dip Powder, ensuring full coverage.
4. Tap off any excess powder and repeat the dipping process if necessary.
5. Apply a second coat of Dip Powder Base Coat and repeat steps 3 and 4.
6. Seal the color with a coat of OPI Dip Powder Activator to activate and harden the powder.
7. Shape and refine nails with a buffer and file as desired.
8. Finish with a layer of OPI Dip Powder Top Coat for added shine and protection.
9. Allow nails to air dry for a few minutes before applying cuticle oil.
