2. Nail Polish:

   • Start by shaping your nails to your desired length and gently pushing back the cuticles.
   • Apply a thin layer of OPI Nail Lacquer Base Coat and allow it to dry completely.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs/fees.
